A smart TV makes evening wind-downs easy, and in-room appliances — including a microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, and toaster — give you flexibility for snacks and simple meals. There’s also a private coffee machine in the lobby, offering complimentary coffee whenever you need a boost.

*Early check-in / late check-out: $50 (subject to availability, must be arranged in advance)

- Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional fees or an extra night charge



*Occupancy

- Maximum room capacity must be respected

- Please inform us in advance if your booking needs to be updated



*Security & Access

- Valid ID is required for all guests upon check-in

- Do not share access cards with non-registered guests



*Lost access cards may incur a replacement fee

- Security cameras are in place in common areas for safety

- Smoking and prohibited substances usage are not permitted inside the property

- Any issue should be reported promptly to avoid liability

- Interference with safety equipment will incur charges for repair or replacement, with a minimum fee of CAD 500.

- Documentation must be provided prior to check-in
