I have stayed many times and have booked by expedia and as a frequent and loyal customeri was always treated well... But this time i was treated like a stranger .. given a room smelling like cigarettes. the wifi was down and i was not eben given wifi bdcause i booked expedia.. not thru them ..though i received free wifi all my previous visits.. just felt like a stranger.. it is the first time i have felt that way... they tried to appease by giving few drinks free but i dont drink... free wifi a day later... bit this ti.e was dissapointing .. will reconsider next time where i stayafter this experience

Needs Updating and Cleaning

The hotel staff were very friendly and check in was fast. Our room was very dirty. There was a clump of long black hair on our bathroom counter. Stains on all the pillowcases and hair of different colours and lengths throughout the bed. Our whole floor smelled like an old bar/cigarettes. Our bed was also old or broken and sagged in the middle. We had terrible sleeps. While the location was great, staff were great, our room was dirty, old, and outdated. I would not stay here again. Overall 5/10.

I am a frequent client of Omni ! Overall a good option and pleased. This time the service at breakfast restaurant and service was sub par .. First morning 3 guests but every table dirty and when we arrived couldnt find a table to sit .. They had no rush.... Second morning food quality poor . Bacon from day before became fake microwave bacon and sausage became uncooked hotdogs .. eggs cold sausage uncooked and cold and they did give a free breakfast but no offer to fix it as they just wanted shift to end .

The hotel was great for what we needed. It was a really sizable suite -- great for our toddler -- and the hotel was very accommodating. The downtown location was a little challenging, and there weren't a ton of restaurants nearby, but the concierge recommended some good restaurants that were kid-friendly. Restaurant and bar at the hotel were great and we appreciated that they were open late! One note that there was a rooftop club not far away from the hotel with some electronic music. It was a bit loud but it did cut out by 9pm (and it didn't bother the toddler with the sound machine on)

Very clean room and the staff were exceptional. Our favourite part was the hotel bar as folks were kind and provided excellent service. Would love to stay here for all of our Montreal trips.
