Big clean studio room with kitchen, dining and roomy sleeping area, decor is a little dated, great location, staff always said hello, typically average breakfast buffet (cereals, bread products, cold hard boiled eggs, deli meat, sweet loaf breads, yogurt, juices, coffee/tea), but well-stocked!

Fantastic Hospitality and Convenient Amenities

The best part of this hotel is the staff—they are exceptionally friendly and helpful! The valet service is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. The team truly listens to their guests’ needs. Breakfast was also good, offering a variety of options for a quick and satisfying start to the day.

Our stay exceeded my expectations. We got the family suite and it was perfect for our family. The website mentioned construction noise but we did not hear any. The breakfast provided was perfect for us and my picky toddler. Valet was fast and courteous. All around great. Close to shopping and entertainment and metro!

We loved our stay at the Phillips Hotel. The room was spacious with a full kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher), as well as any other amenity that we needed. There was a grocery store within ten minutes walking, and the continental breakfast every morning was satisfactory. The staff were also very helpful and polite. We would stay again.

Excellent location, downtown, near shops and restaurants. Closed enough to walk on Mount Royale and McGill university. Hotel is very clean an personal helpful. Breakfast is OK. Very happy with the choice.

Perfect hotel for a family vacation. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. While the pool isn’t huge it’s still quite lovely and my kids loved ending the day with a swim. And the balcony outside the pool area has a beautiful view.
