I had to go to FOUR different rooms before finding one that would work. It wasn’t because I was being picky. The HVAC in the first room (424) didn’t work; they moved me to the second room (421). Someone had come in and sprayed some furniture polish on the desk, I suppose to try to make it appear to have been cleaned, it wasn’t. I found a container of food and food packet in the fridge, which I threw in the bathroom trash can. I raised the lid on the commode and it was full of toilet paper and “spray” (if you know what I mean) and I hate to think what was below, so I asked for another room. In room 416, across from the elevators, the HVAC was not working. They moved me to room 406, which appeared to, possibly, have been cleaned. The desk clerk had told me that breakfast was 7:30-10:30 (she started to say 6:30- but then she said that tomorrow (the weekend) that it would be 7:30-10:30. I go downstairs between 9:30-10:00 and all the chairs are on the table and the food has been taken up. When I asked the “manager” about it, since I had been told 10:30, she said no one would have told me 10:30 and when I disagreed she said she’d check the tape. When I told her I’d already had to move four times the night before and then “no breakfast” maybe I should just talk to corporate. Then, she tried to turn it back on me like I was being the problem. She said she’d give me the number, which she did. Then she told me I could call them with my complaint and they would send it back to her. BAD!
