Book Buffalo-Exchange Street Station hotels

Very clean! If this is your first time in Buffalo, please know this was a hospital for insane and mentally ill in the 1900s- I know it’s not noted anywhere. The hotel is clean and very well maintained BUT there is a heavy an eerie feeling once you enter the building.

Quiet, comfortable and clean room. The complimentary van to local downtown spots was a great bonus. The breakfast was good with many choices. I would stay here again.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, the walls and even the lamp shades were dirty and the bedding had snags all over it, the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The door to the stand the microwave was in, fell off when I opened it (they should just be removed). There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel or a toiletry bag. The water pressure and temperature were really good. Staff were friendly upon check in/out. The hotel was quiet. I didn’t eat breakfast, I did have coffee and that was decent. I probably wouldn’t return to this particular hotel. I can understand that it is older, However some updates are needed.
