The remodel proved an improvement to Mills Falls. I stayed at Chase house this time around. And was not disappointed. The new mattress, pillows and towels were fantastic. I also loved their new line of toiletries. The building is quiet (but I did stay here in the off season)… and I appreciated the hotels amenities. We visited the Spa and pool at Church Landing (same business-but on the other sidebar the street). All of our treatments were relaxing and enjoyable. As was the spa locker room/ relax area. The spa was more expensive than spas back home in NY. But I guess when you are on a a- that’s the price you pay. Overall, I always enjoy my stays here. And this time around, I appreciated the upgraded towels and bedding.

Directly on the lake with great views. Met the owner who was in the main house for the weekend. Super nice man who shoveled snow off our deck and around our truck a d the parking area. Our cottage was perfect: clean, well-decorated, comfortable.

The host was available to answer every question we had and responded immediately.

The property is beautifully positioned on the lake, you have privacy and great views. The house itself was well equipped, clean, with lots of space for family and friends. We can’t wait to go back.!

The house was immaculate and updated, the kitchen had everything we needed and the tv room downstairs was a great addition. We really enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch.Our one disappointment was that the beach is not available to renters on Saturdays. We understand the policy, but we did not learn of this until our arrival. This definitely should have been disclosed on the website - we would have changed the dates of our stay. A pass to a nearby town beach was offered instead, but it was far inferior to the Suissevale beach.Other than that, the beach was wonderful, the kids loved the two playgrounds, and we enjoyed using the grills and picnic tables down by the water.

Perfect location! Super comfortable, firm beds. House was clean and easy instructions. Great open view of the stars at night, and the balmoral beach and amenities are great. Kids loved fishing off the dock and we enjoyed the large firepit and stargazing.
