I had actually made the wrong night reservation. I booked for Sunday somehow and I really wanted Saturday showed up on Saturday and the manager quickly change the appointment over. Didn’t have to pay any extra money. They were super nice. The property there is amazing. It’s like the entire downtown, Meredith basically. Definitely a cool spot. Would recommend to anyone any time of the year it’s beautiful

This property is a mixed bag. I found the spa, the restaurants, the stores and the staff really high quality. But the downs were the facility is old so the rugs and things like gym or pools in the auxiliary buildings were subpar. I wish I had realized our room would be in the building far off the campus because it was dead of winter. The bummer was that evidently a massive amount of families with hockey kids were running amok and playing hockey in the halls super loud screaming and such. I have kids so I get it as a parent but as a couple who was getting our rare kid free weekend it impacted us negatively. Wish there was more monitoring of the facility and respect like that. We will try again and stay in main facility though it’s a great area and all. Thanks!

Blood stains on pillow cases

The front desk staff was very nice and we checked in. When we got to the room we were very disappointed though. We noticed on two of the pillows were blood stains - gross! The hot tub was also closed. It looked all brown and cloudy. We were very disappointed and decided to just go home. We did not end up staying. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They really need to make updates to this hotel and get new linens for what they are charging. Gross!

We checked in and got an upgrade to Church Landing and got a beautiful room with balcony looking out over the lake. The room was twice the size of Mill Falls, much quieter and huge bathrooms. It was wonderful and we were very impressed vs the small and noisy rooms that looked at the parking lot we were expecting.
