Tired of the “residents” who come to the diningroom in full sleepwear, yack on phones, take over the food and coffee then walk away leaving an incredible mess. How to better monitor this?? It’s not the travelers. Its the people who live there assumedly waiting for housing. It costs nothing to be courteous. The staff are polite and do their best.

Need to hibernate after this exhausting stay

This was a rough stay. Started off in a room on the first floor- the key issued opened the door but the room was already taken. Second room was fine but noticeably older. Sleep quality was awful as guests were late at all hours of the night, running and carrying on in the hallways. Requested to have my room switched so as to attempt to be in a quieter location- was now above a barking dog and there was considerable noise in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Breakfast was nothing remarkable- eggs, toast, muffins, waffles. They ran out of yogurt everyday. The other guests were predominantly the issue with the fact that they left bags of trash in the halls, smoked despite their being a no smoking policy, and were not respectful of quiet hours.
