There was visible dirt and dust on the floor. My king bed was a full size bed and very hard. The sheets had a lot of lint balls on them. The worst part was the bathroom. The shower was very dirty. It even had a body sponge in it from the previous guest. I didn't use the shower. Sorry to submit this review but when people are on a budget they still deserve quality.

The showerhead fell off. The breakfast is nasty. I was in a non-smoking room that smell like cigarettes towels were stained. It was holes in the wall. It was dirty. The beds are uncomfortable.

Will never stay again!!!!

When we arrived the elevator was out of order, the man at the front desk was of not help and told us to take the stairs as we approach the stairs, there is a man with a joint in his mouth. Another man came and assisted us with our luggage. The room was okay but there was a stench of smoke on the room and the walls. There was some kind of gunk in the bottom of the tub. The next day our room key was unusable since the man don the night before only did it for one night. So the very kind woman at the desk, re keyed the card. It was just one inconvenience after another. We were in town to bury the matriarch of the family and we drove up from the South.

Caution—beware

Caution-Beware- Do Not Stay at this hotel…unless you like the cops to come regularly, rooms not restocked, security doors that do not lock, marijuana smell, caution tape on a room, elevators not in service, people living and cooking in their rooms, smoke detector covered up, and the fire department that is called routinely—waking us up at 1am with no sirens cause they knew it wasn’t an emergency. I never give a terrible review but this one deserves 0 stars!!! Hotels.com cannot get them to answer the phone to confirm our refund.

My elderly mother who can barely walk stayed here. The elevator was not working, and they decided it would be wise to put her on the third floor. She had to climb 3 flights of stairs up and down several times in her frail condition, and the staff did not even offer to help with baggage, I did it for her of course. Further, we booked 2 back to back differing reservations (added a single day to a 2 day trip), of which we told the front desk on the first night and were assured we would be okay. The next day after breakfast, we got calls in broken unintelligible English about our room. We arrived back at the hotel only to learn that my mothers belongings from the room had been removed. The front desk person told me they called in a scolding manner. I would have known but I could not understand their very broken English. If you can not speak English, you should not be at the front desk interacting with customers. We will never be back, HORRIBLE. Do not come here, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The bed was comfortable but other than that it was very disappointing. The bathroom was dirty including the walls and the toilet seat was broken. The phone had no chord so didn't work. The lighting was very poor. The furniture was old, dated, and dirty. Only reason we stayed was because we arrived so late. The smell of pot was horrible in the building.
