The first room we got given had a broken toilet and leaking refrigerator. We were given a new room and it was no problem. Our room was so humid that there was mold growing on my vitamins that were sitting out offer 3 days. And lastly, we had to find a whole new hotel for the last day of our trip because there was a bedbug on our bed. Very disappointed. We pulled the whole mattress apart after we found it and saw that there was bed bug killer sprinkled behind the bed. So I’m sure this was a known problem. We Had to spend over $50 and MANY hours at the laundromat laundering everything when we left. Hopefully nothing came home with us. It put a damper on our whole trip.

The staff was great - all of our towels and linens were folded in a "bow" - so cute!! The front desk agent was conversational, pleasant, relatable and recommended the restaurant next door - which was terrific!!
