I had mixed experience. The front staff was helpful enough to keep my parcel in prior to check in. What was disappointing were:
1. The restaurant BGM volume was too loud for me so I asked the staff to lower the volume but they insisted saying that it was already minimum. I had to leave the restaurant.
2. The guests in the next room played TV very loud even after 11pm. I knocked on the wall but no effect. I tried to call the front desk and the duty manager but the lines were busy. I just put ear plugs and slept.
