For a 5 star rating this hotel leans towards the more modest. Stand out staff in this hotel are at the concierge counter and the name Wesley is foremost among them.Waiting staff Fazim and Sanjay deserve special mention at the often chaotic breakfast rush hour.

Room was roomy and bright and clean. Some degree of mistrust though. We were asked to pay for meals immediately after them so there is no putting th amount on to the final bill. A grand piano is installed in main foyer but no one was allowed to play on it. (wow). Maybe a cultural thing.Everything was not free.

Hotel was clean and nice to stay, ambience and Boulevard restaurant were plus points. Location was good We had a few issues - check in took long, although the room was not fully ready when I finally checked in. Confusion around payment which was sorted with the hotel but needs further discussion with the Hotels.com
