Check in and key locks via app was troublesome. Our rooms (family of 5) had spacious rooms n kitchens. kitchen utensils were limited. One kitchen had no pan or pot. The kitchen sink stank the whole unit. we complained got service. Quality of sofa, unit floor boards have worn signs and cheaper renovations. The whole building had multiple blocks. We were in rear block, no lift access. Area very busy with traffic. We felt safe. Convenient location to metro and main tourist sites n Christmas markets.

Room was not what was pictured when we booked. It was much smaller, and it was very dusty and dirty. The hairdryer worked only every other time. There was only one soap, no shampoo or conditioner. But the very main concern was the fact that there was so much dust and dirt in the air. Phone left to charge overnight was covered with layer of dust by the morning. Also the key system is through your phone, in browser tab, which is highly inconvenient. Breakfast is too overpriced, room wasn’t worth even half of what we paid, overpriced and dirty. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay was ok, our room was super tiny and could barely fit our large suitcases. Our room was situated next to a stair well and the door to the stair well would slam constantly with people going through it up to 11pm and as early as 5am each day. The room key you access on your mobile which was confusing at times and we were very cautious of it.The area is good for transportation and a short walk to old town. We did feel a little unsafe at times. We wanted to do some washing but when we went to inspect the ironing room, maintenance or someone was there with water pouring out of a machine. We also got excited to "ask reception for your slippers" as a nice little touch after long days of walking, only to be told they had none.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was a great size for 3 people. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is not an elaborate hotel but a very nice hotel worth everything you need.

This hotel was amazing close to train and because i went for oktoberfest it was a convenient walk to the festival but over all the hotel was amazing and the staff was so nice and helpful and the bar in the hotel was very good too

Great place to stay for Oktoberfest

Third year staying at Koos for Oktoberfest. Great location, walking distance to the city centre and the Theresienwiese. Staff are friendly and really helpful. The bar is a great place to meet others. We had two 6bed apartments. Apartments in the main building are lovely. Apartments in the building across the courtyard are very basic! The app for the key system never worked. Reception had to give us physical key cards.

Modern apartments and central location. They don’t have parking onsite but provide a discount to park in the garage that is a 2 minute walk. The breakfast buffet is decent with a minimalist omelette station (only 3 ingredients!) and you have to make your own waffle and pancake but has a good selection with smoked salmon and other hot and cold options. They have no bottled water (even to buy) which was shocking and then they charge a lot for giving you pitchers of water!

We were in building D, room 78 and the entrance and exit traffic is very easily heard in that room, it is not well insulated at all. Could hear toilet flushes from other rooms as well Hard to sleep with all that noise. Hard to recommend but the location is good

Cracking hotel. Staff were great and ever so helpful. Breakfast buffet looked great but we didn't try. Room was spacious with good facilities to empower a longer stay. Great location and optional e bike hire for a further trip around the parks and down the river. Would certainly stay here again. Top marks 👌
