Upon check in, which we got to check in early, I was greeted with a cappuccino and friendly service, which is so welcome after a long flight. I also got one at checkout for me and husband, which was awesome. This hotel is also fun and has a DJ on certain nights. They always prioritize the guests even when there is event. Room was clean and we got a Negroni delivered at night which was a lovely thought. Room service came every single morning without fail. Definitely stay here. You can walk to everything!

Property was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Bathroom was very clean and nice. Just wish the mattress wasn’t on a small platform. Other than that it was fine.

The location is unbeatable—right in Old Town and close to everything. I stayed in the downtown apartment room, and even with the weather hitting 85°F / 29°C, the room stayed comfortable. The fans they provided helped. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to any friend visiting Munich, and I’d gladly stay here again myself.

Trendy but not comfortable

It was a very 'cool' hotel, or definitely trying hard to be. The bed was very comfortable and the room very very clean, so overall a good stay. However, I was supposed to be in an apartment but due to over booking I was apparently upgraded to a studio. But I don't see how that was an upgrade. It had 10 chairs, not one of them was comfortable to actually sit on. I guess I don't see a need for a giant dining room table and bar. I would rather have a comfortable chair or sofa. Also it was weird that there wasn't a garbage in the bathroom, only it the bar, so just inconvenient. The AC was definitely on eco mode and couldn't be changed, so it was very warm in the room regardless of the temperature control.

Convenient and cool hotel!

Amazing stay in a cool hotel that is conveniently located. There is a supermarket nearby, a DM and a Fuller. A lot of restaurants and within walking distance to Marienplatz and train stations. Staff were friendly too and beds comfortable. Our family loves it!

Fantastic hotel, just a stroll away from Marienplatz and the clock towers. Room had a balcony which was a great size and got the sun all afternoon. Staff and service were incredible - really friendly, attentive and helpful. Rooftop bar was very cool and amenties were great. Provided a bed for our dog and lots of information about Munich and its bars & restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend!

The room was nice, spacious and very clean. The staff were really nice and tried to help us where they could. I just gave 4 stars because the hallways carpet is in terrible shape and full with stains. It needs to be updated. Location is great if you want to be downtown, but it can be a little noisy if you want to leave the balcony’s door open. No noise problems with the door closed. The breakfast was also good.
