Good location and helpful staff

Location is close to subway and within walking distance of quite a few of the main attractions in Munich such as Marienplatz, Hofbrauhas, & Le Residenz. If you don't need your room cleaned daily, hotel will give you a 10 Euro voucher for each day you skip cleaning (minimum 2 night stay require) to use in the bar or buffet. Check in was easy and staff were polite and helpful.

Trip was cancelled. Tried to get out on multiple days and all fights were cancelled. Spent 47 hours in an airport trying my hardest. Contacted kings and they wouldn’t even offer a partial refund. I do understand the cancellation policy but I literally could not get there no matter how hard I tried. Customer service was severely lacking!

Lovely hotel, great staff, wonderful decor, room was so comfortable, would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich. Very central to get around town, 5 minutes from train station and trams.

Lovely Stay!

We loved this hotel with its comfortable bed and pillows. It was an easy 20 minute walk to Marionplatz and 25 minute walk to the modern museum of art. It was a short 10 minute walk to train station. The daily breakfast was excellent. Many different restaurants nearby. The breakfast and bar are is nice and cozy!

Great location, if a bit dated

The hotel has all the amenities we were looking for and was extremely well located. The only nits were: 1) the food in room service was limited and not great; 2) the TV only had programming in German and no ability to connect to streaming services. But these items were not must have by any stretch so still very happy with our stay.

Property was nice clean and we enjoyed the first night. Second night was awful there was a mechanical noise that went off every 5 to 10 minutes. The staff said it was likely the a/c unit. It made our last night miserable and nothing was offered or done. Hopefully they will correct before the next guest. We had friends and family staying in two other rooms and they had no issues.

The hotel is quite nice, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Location wise thr hotel is perfect if you need a place close to transit and the main train station. But like anything else near the station its a 15 minute+ walk from the old town tourist sights so take that into consideration.

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city. If you’re arriving by car the hotel parking is a bit limited but the parking area is safe and secure, if you get a space. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and relaxed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped but a kettle would have been nice but not essential.
