The hotel was mostly good but, as the weather was hot during my stay, it was disappointing that the room did not have air conditioning

When we first got to our hotel room, we discovered our door wouldn’t close. Each time we came or went we had to fight with it to close. Additionally, our room didn’t have AC (which can be typical) but the fan provided was broken. I feel the price for the breakfast is too much, as it was the worst breakfast out of all the places we stayed in Germany. I believe they continue to put out the same food each day until it is gone. I ended up getting sick on the second day or our stay right after breakfast, where I only had yogurt. The location is decent, but a bit of a walk to downtown (about 20 minutes to get to the markets and stores) I think the marketing for this hotel is a bit misleading, as there are no stores near the hotel aside from car dealerships.

Location is out of touristic area but fresh air and good forest nearby, internet was poor in room and in common areas ,about poor internet reception had no any help or advice,neares S ban about 500metrs,tram 700metrs

The staff were all exceedingly polite and did their best to be helpful, and the facilities were attractive and the beds comfortable. But Munich was going through a cold spell when we were there (60F highs, 40sF at night), and our room got colder and colder during our stay. We complained, but were told the City of Munich had ordered the hotel to turn their heating off at the end of April and not turn it on again until October. Seriously? Believe that story or not—we didn’t—we were constantly cold in the room except when sleeping. Then our final morning the shower drain clogged and sent the shower water all over the bathroom and adjacent floor areas. This hotel needs better management, badly.

Location: Short easy walk from transit station and an easy walk into the Old Town. Room: Clean, quiet and had everything you need for a short stay. It is on the smaller size though.

Great location. Shower drain was clogged and they fixed the issue while we were sightseeing. Only complaint was the bed was incredibly uncomfortable but overall a really good stay.

The hotel design and decor is not nice but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel rate was so expensive due to Munich crowdness due to Bauma so it was very expensive for a 3 star hotel

The rooms are clean and fine but the hotel itself needs a major overhaul. The entrance and hallways are dark and dingy. The carpets need a real clean up and the hallway walls look banged up and need a good painting. Even though the rooms are modern and clean, that's where the focus is, the rest needs a bit of attention. Also, the description of the location lets you believe it is close to the Deutsche Museum, but in fact, it is not. It's opposite of a large car dealership and probably a 15-minute walk away from the museum.

Enjoyed a two-week stay here while taking a class at the nearby Goethe Institut. It is not a fancy hotel, but was overall quite comfortable, and the hotel is in a convenient location for the S-Bahn and Tram, with lots of dining options nearby. The bed is good, the hotel is clean, and having a kitchenette was helpful for such a long stay. It could use some updating is my only negative comment.
