Love to see Munich from this hotel.

This hotel is a great place to stay to see the city. They have a good breakfast that can come with your stay. They have an excellent lounge area attached to the hotel. Love it there! They also have bikes you can rent from the hotel. Regular and e-bike. Great place to stay.

One of the things I didn’t like is that they have no phones in the rooms and you have try and contact the reception from your own phone.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times. Rooms are compact but clean and comfortable. The reception desk could be managed differently when the volume of guests is high to reduce queuing time.

The rooms are sooooo small. We have been traveling for two weeks and needed more space to repack, etc. We also had no housekeeping services one day which was very difficult -- we came home to dirty towels on the shower floor and no clean ones or beds made, etc.

No one picks up phone, Thieving staff

Horrible service. I forgot my headphones (250Eur) in the room and noticed it one hour after checkout. I tried to call during the whole day, no one picked up. In the evening I went there and they were gone. Probabky one of the staff stole them or threw them in the washing machine. Incredible.
