We had a family room- there were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. Easy walk from the train station. Quiet and clean with a lovely staff and excellent shower! Only negative about the neighborhood is that here are many hooka bars, so walking around the hotel can get v a bit Smokey- but not too bad. Would definitely recommend.

This was a really nice property to stay in! The weather was cool, so the lack of AC didn't really affect us, but the fact that they provided a fan was really nice. The only complaints we have were that 1) the shower seemed to leak (this was not a big deal though), and 2) it is a 20-minute walk from the Marienplatz, and the area it is in feels a little rough to be walking through a lot. So we took a lot of ubers and taxis. But it is very close to the train station, and the stay itself was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Munich hotel

This is a lovely hotel and quite walkable to the main train station, where you can catch trains, buses, and trams to get anywhere in the city or to/from the airport. There are plenty of places to eat very nearby as well. Felt very safe, very clean, and a nice family place to stay while in Munich.

It was a convenient property. Very walkable to Old Town and to the train station. The neighborhood is not the best. The host was very nice and the hotel is good considering its limited service.

Great location

The hotel is exactly what you expect for the price, everything nice, clean and serviceable but nothing fancy. It’s a really great location for the Christmas markets. Again it’s not the fanciest area of Munich and there’s what looks like some kind of strip joint round the corner, but we felt perfectly safe wandering around even late at night and were able to walk to everything. It’s also only about 10 minutes walk to the S station for the train to the airport. There’s not tea and coffee making facilities in the room but reception is open 24h and they’ll give you a hot drink for around €2. They also lent us a kettle. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice.
