Beautiful villa for 10 people, located in Playas de Muro, one of the most paradisiacal destinations on the Island of Mallorca and one of the best beaches in Spain and Europe.

This fabulous villa is an oasis next to the beach, surrounded by a private garden and a small pond with fish and turtles. The villa has all the modern comforts and services, maintaining the original beauty and charm, with its terracotta floors, typical beamed ceilings and furniture. This villa has recently been added to our portfolio (May 2022) of properties and is an ideal place to enjoy a quiet vacation next to the Playas de Muro, less than 50 meters from the sea.



The property can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. The house has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the pool and garden, two double bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor there are 2 double rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a complete bathroom and on the second floor a double room with 2 single beds with wonderful views of the sea.



Low level:

A large wooden gate gives access to a hall with a beautiful hardwood staircase. In the left area of the hall we have a living room with access to the terrace and a large fully equipped kitchen. In the other right area of the hall we have two double rooms, one with a double bed (150 x 190cm) and the other with two single beds (190 x 90cm) and a spacious and bright bathroom with a bathtub and hydromassage shower.



First floor:

We find 2 double rooms with their corresponding terrace, one of the rooms has a double bed (150 x 190cm) with an en-suite bathroom, the other room has a double bed (180x190cm) and a bathroom with a shower.



Second floor:

A room with two single beds (90x 190cm) with large windows, with which to enjoy wonderful views.



Exterior: The villa has a beautiful private garden and a natural pond with fish, next to the garden we have a saltwater pool (7 x 3 m), hammocks and a table to enjoy a barbecue with the family. In the other part of the garden there is a covered area where the little ones can enjoy the ping-pong table.



Comfort and Services:

Satellite TV, Air conditioning, wifi, kettle, barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, 2 coffee makers, table tennis. Property equipped with bed linen and towels.



Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Light is not included in the price, the cost is €0.25/Kw to be paid on the day of departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
