Compare Winery Hotels in Murphys

Had to get mad and demand a bottom floor room as they promised me. Lampshade was stained and broken as well as the light didn't work. The top sheet for our rollaway bed was stained. Asked for 2 extra pillows only got 1. Toilet plugged up at 5am and nobody in the lobby to help. Lobby was closed and the # you call for help didn't work and neither did ringing the bell. No lobby bathrooms and we saw nobody till 9am. We were lucky that other friends had a room there as well because we all had to use their bathroom. We have stayed there many times in the past and never had such a bad experience. We all agreed that the whole staff was high on drugs as well. This is no way to run a business!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker and the sink were very convenient to use especially if you have a family. The property is better than 2 star, around 2.5. Would recommend staying here again especially if you want to explore Murphys and the Arnold areas.

Everything was excellent. The kitchen well stocked, the beds comfy. Great shower water pressure. The back yard was great and our dogs loved it too. I had a question and I was afraid my phone might die before I had an answer and Christine answered immediately.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good the staff fantastic.

Our group of 8 adults had a wonderful stay! This home is large, clean & quiet. It has a wonderful kitchen with everything you need. We did not use the pool or spa due to the weather, but did enjoy a short walk to downtown. The special treats of chocolates and fresh flowers were appreciated! It was very obvious, we were made to feel “at home”. Thank you, Janet!

The staff was outstanding and the Inn was such a pleasure to stay. Perfect location and the bar and cafe are excellent! Order a Paper Plane from the bartender! We will be back! Robert & Marianne
