This is the perfect property for my family, especially my grandson. He loves the pool and the lazy river. It may not be as modern as some of the other hotels but the other amenities outweigh everything else. We will be back again next summer. ☺️

Location. Location. Location! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance - one or two blocks or right across the street. Although we were across the street from amusement rides with screaming participants, we could not hear it in the hotel. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. I dropped my extra purse when checking in, and someone turned it in at the front desk. The maintenance man was called to adjust the lock on the sliding doors to the balcony, which would not lock. He arrived in less than 5 minutes. Ample towels lasted during our stay. The only negative was that the freezer did not work, and the refrigerator was mildly cool. My two frozen items melted, and I did not know it. I am sure if I had realized that sooner that it would have been addressed. It was also great that there were no resort fees. Although we did not feel unsafe, we noticed that we could access the stairs from the Ground level without key access, even though it had a card reader on the door. Anyone could enter the building and go up the stairs to any floor. However, if anyone used the elevator, they could not go to any floor unless they tapped their card. There is a gate on the ground level also; however, it is low enough that someone could climb over it and access the building. All in all, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay in the efficiency-style accommodations. The combination of location, service, and thoughtful touches made it a worthwhile experience. I would consider returning.

I would rate this as average. Nice location to beach and boardwalk. Pools are small and room is okay. Not great but nice. Get a room upper level to see the views! Staff was wonderful, very friendly and ready to assist.

they seem to be holding my security deposit hostage, though i left the room better than reasonably clean. Staff were at times outwardly, noticeably, burnt out/less than friendly. Parking lot was abysmal. It was difficult, to navigate, and, maneuver around in. Secondary building, has no elevator 3 story walkup at a hotel seems ridiculous. The website i booked through said free breakfast, it's donuts and coffee at best and it's not free.
