-hotel looks nothing like the pictures -the “no smoking” rule clearly doesn’t apply because i smelt all kinds of smoke my entire stay -room had a kitchenette with empty cabinets and NO pots/pans/plates/utensils -i’m pretty sure i saw pimps/prostitutes/drug deals in the hallways and parking lot -the only positive was the front desk staff (she’nice/jarvis/nikoli/ramone) going above and beyond to accommodate my stay and do everything in their limited power to ensure that my stay went as decent as possible since i couldn’t cancel it after check in and was highly dissatisfied after simply doing a walk through of my room

Отличное место , соответствует цена=качество. Мебель старая , с трещинами . Но все чисто и в номере была микроволновка , полноразмерный холодильник , телевизор , фен , утюг, кофемашина - что еще нужно? До пляжа 3 минуты пешком .

I did not get much sleep in this place. The next door neighbor played music and then just talked on and off. After I knocked at the wall with no use I finally went to the office at 2:30am, and was told he would "take care of it". When things did not change I went again at 3:30am and this time he went to my room to listen and called the guest and things came down after it. it seems the hotel cared more about the other guest's "right" to do their thing than my "right" to get some sleep. Still he did help at the end at a very late hour. I will not return to this place, but perhaps it's more my bad luck with this experience.

I paid for my room 3 weeks in advance. Showed up for my room and was told they overbooked and there was no room available for me. The desk clerk was rude and inconsiderate. I had to go and pay three times the rate that I was promised by this shady hotel. When I asked about my refund, they told me they couldn’t help me and to take it up with Expedia. Unbelievable.I would never ever do business with this hotel.
