Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Was so excited to check in on our last day in fiji to spend few hours with friends which we won't be seeing for a while.
We did check in.. room number was 6 firstly we could hear all the conversations from the reception so loud.
Secondly no TV remote so we searched for it.. and saw big fat dust behind the TV which was really bad.
Thirdly when we called to ask if they had TV remote we could find in the room.. she said its here at the reception, when we said you should give remote while we check in she had no words to say. Hung up the line, came up with a rude face and saying who are all those people, i said its my mother who is staying at room 2 and 2 other people is my friend who came to visit us..
she replied back saying we don't allow visitors in the room you have to sit outside near the restaurant.. my question is we paid so much money to have a beautiful night with loved ones. Spend little bit of time not like they will be staying overnight.
So what i did is i checked out and went to NOVOTEL which had an amazing customer service with no issues at all.
Some people should really change their attitude towards hospitality and customer service and so you can make tourists happy. 🙏 VINAKA
