I stayed at Novotel Nadi and was disappointed with the standard room. The bathroom was poorly maintained and the beds were very old and uncomfortable, clearly needing replacement. Ironically, the landscaping around the property is far better maintained than the standard rooms, which highlights where attention is lacking.
The front desk receptionist was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. However, dinner service was very poor. We waited about 15 minutes to be greeted and seated even though the restaurant was not busy. After ordering, we waited close to 40 minutes with no food and no drinks served, despite having ordered drinks. Customers should not be left sitting that long without either food or drinks, especially during dinner service when the restaurant was clearly manageable.
The location is excellent and very close to Nadi Airport, making it convenient for late arrivals or early departures, but overall the room condition and restaurant service need serious improvement.
