Everything was good in this hotel. I did not take the breakfast so no comment.

Room was clean, enjoyed the sitting area where I could lay back with a book and relax. The outdoor public bath was a big plus especially during the winter weather.

Helpful staff, spacious room.

Rooms are clean and there is connected waywalks to the car park (although it's only accessible from 10am-8pm as it's through a mall). It's fairly accessible to all the touristy locations in Nagasaki. Staff are helpful. Perhaps it's because of the room type, the 2 rooms I've booked are in separate levels making it a hassle when I had to move between rooms.

Nice, clean and spacious room. Opposite JR station and a short walk from Amu Plaza so getting to transport and food is a breeze. Good and cheap parking (daily ¥1000) next to Hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
