Tee-rific is centrally located on the Outer Banks in the Sandcastle Village section of The Village at Nags Head (Mile Post 14). This community has access to free oceanfront parking and also access to the Albemarle Sound. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room is a perfect area to relax and socialize with your family: contemporary furnishings, hardwood floors and beautiful views. Everyone can join in on the fun, whether watching the large flat-screen TV or preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Granite counters with lots of cabinet space (keeps groceries put away), and stainless steel appliances are the hallmark of this upgraded kitchen space. The kitchen island seats 3 and the separate dining area (seats 8) has "tee-rific" views to the west overlooking the 12th fairway of the Nags Head Links Golf Course. Nearby is a half bath and the first of two King Master Suites is on this floor. Its master bath has double vanity sinks and a large tiled shower. Outside, the west sun deck will offer plenty of sun and lovely sunsets to watch too!

MID LEVEL:
The large game room has both a Pool Table and a Shuffleboard table (now's your chance to learn how to play!). The King Jr. Master has a semi-private bathroom (shower/tub combo) which is shared with the game area. The second King Master Suite is also on this floor; the master bath has a shower. The covered back deck is another place to relax, perhaps take a lazy summer afternoon nap instead!

GROUND LEVEL:
The family fun continues downstairs in a nice Lounge area that leads out to the private pool (10' x 17'; open mid-May to mid-October). There's a second full-size refrigerator in the kitchenette. There are two more bedrooms on this level: a bedroom with two Double beds and a bedroom with 2 Bunk Bed Sets for the kids. These rooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub combo. The laundry area is on this floor too. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
As a guest of The Village at Nags Head, golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole Nags Head Links golf course with sound views. There is access to free parking at The Village of Nags Head private oceanfront beach access, about 1/2 mile away from this home. There is access to the Albemarle Sound with two piers and small craft launches for kayaks or windsurfing. These soundfront parks are a nice spot for a picnic or to see beautiful summer sunsets!

Was great for our family, Pool and deck furniture could be more comfortable. More than adequate cooking/dining utensils but cookware was not non-stick. Only one parking pass for a large group was a bit of a problem.

Great house and pool on the golf course. The location was a bit farther from the beach then we would like, it's walkable to beach access but a long walk or short drive. Overall this was a great house for the price

Great place and excellent location.

Loved just about everything about the place. Could use some updated appliances in the kitchen (toaster, can opener and keurig), bigger coffee mugs, a skillet and more channel offerings on the TV. Otherwise, place was great, good location, clean and great response from the management company when we experienced issues.

Nice vacation rental Lacking kitchen supplies - review packing list closely and pack appropriately for family cooking and pack all your supplies/spices. Not lots of cooking supplies for a family rental. Unit not as cozy as pictures depicted especially in regards to dining table but overall fine. Super close to grocery store. Pool and outdoor shower lovely. Sunsets very pretty from sound side balcony

Nice place to stay with a great location

Enjoyed this property! Was less than 5 minutes from a Food Lion so getting groceries was extremely convenient. Beach was a short drive from this property. Overall great location.

Overall the stay was grrat! They accommdated us to get in early. However, the only bad review i had was the cleanliness of the house. We found multiple coch roches , sheets didnt seem clean, didnt have enough sheets or pillows for all the beds as well as towels.

Great location . The house was not the cleanest when we arrived . We went thru and did a quick clean ourselves . The furniture is much more worn than the pictures show but it still fit our whole crew comfortable . Pool area was great but could use an outdoor table set to eat at.

I was very upset when we went to use a blanket out of the closet and it had blood on it.

when we first got there the refrigerator didnt seem like it wasnt working right had to to get maintenance in the ice maker wasn’t working and we had a leak. Then when we got a blanket out of the closet it had blood on it and the pillows were very dirty. For the price we paid for this house it should have been cleaner. We tried to clean the pool from the debris but the skimmer didn’t have a net on it.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cute place and beautiful neighborhoods. Close to beach still.

Everything was perfect except a little more cleaning needed. Walls and cabinets and floors needed more cleaning. White door frames were showing dark colors from hands over time. The place was comfortable. Could have had sheets for top bunks and more towels however. I would replace or clean all decorative pillows. I would replace all pillows on beds too....maybe invest in protective pillow covers under cases. They stunk and looked dirty so we did not have them out. Everything else fine. Kitchen had good utensils for us to use. We had a great stay and thought the rental house was very cute.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Tee-rific! Great quiet location & loved having our own pool. Short drive to a parking lot with beach access. Also loves the stocked kitchen, pool table, grill & shuffleboard table. The only drawback would be the amount of stairs. 4 flights of steps to get to the master bedroom, kitchen, & main sitting area.

The house was cute but we felt like the house needed to be cleaned a little better. The master bathroom wall tile was a little grimy, the floor felt a little sticky and the floors under the couch, and beds had too many dust bunnies as if no one had ever cleaned under them.

Great Location! Needs some TLC!

Great Location! However, property lacked thorough cleaning, had to rewash sheets and clean things ourselves .Refrigerator made rattling noises throughout the week, WiFi was not great. Also had issues with listing that stated there were 3 King rooms. One of those bedrooms had two twin beds pushed together. This property definitely needs some care and maintenance. Overall, my family made the stay enjoyable. I was very disappointed with the problems we encountered.
