Customer loyalty is lacking . I come regularly to your hotel and since I have to travel overnight and arrive early few hours before the checking , I have never once been offered breakfast nor a hot drink when you know your customer has had a tiring journey . You stuck to your policy ‘as one checks in at 12 you don’t qualify for a breakfast ! This for me is poor customer loyalty !
