Great location! Clean. Polite staff. Awesome city!! Loved it!! Happy hour was fun. Elevators fast. Sage malfunctioned and concierge came up immediately at 11pm to help us retrieve our passports locked in safe for an early morning flight. I appreciated the customer service and attention to detail.

Room was well maintained by housekeeping, clean service areas and towel changes as needed. One particular staff stood out, Jazzy at reception with her great personality. Room was well stocked with tea and coffee everyday. The hotel provided hairdryer, fridge, iron & board and a safe. Shower and shampoo are the one type for all kind. No toothbrush or room slippers or water are provided. However they have a water stop downstairs with refreshing fruit infused water to cool off in the heat. They have an open concept cupboard and a big writing area. I would rate my stay as 3.8 stars.

Good hotel with a nice room. It pays to upgrade to a river room or corner room for the views. In terms of Pros, very easy check-in and check-out and convenient to Queen St Mall and QPAC venues and restaurants. On the Cons side, no hotel parking and while parking stations are nearby, they are ridiculously expensive and overnight is only available in the CBD, nothing at Southbank.
