It was a wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly and professional, including the concierge folks and housekeeping. Notably, Joshua, Mary and Miriam, in the dining room room and John were amazing. Our room was rather small, but still very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the spa treatment as well and the dining breakfast options were amazing and I appreciate it that they had vegan options for myself. We will definitely come back for future trip trips.

The management does not post or indicate rules of dining room area. I felt very uncomfortable when ambushed by a guy who said he was a manager, when i was getting a bagel and scone to go after breakfast for my meeting. He told me that i was not to carry anything from dining or order room service! That's not what i was told by another staff member who had provided me with a to go bag and container! I was PISSED!

A gorgeous, comfortable, perfectly situated hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff with amazing service. Restaurants on-site if you don’t feel like heading out but easy to get other restaurants if you do. The staff made sure we were well taken care of. Loved staying here and would absolutely stay again. This was my second visit to Nairobi Serena Hotel in less than a year. It is conveniently located, has a good selection of hot and cold options for breakfast and the room is well equipped. Our only quibble was when we tried to order room service after checking-in to the hotel late in the evening, a number of items on the menu was not available.
