We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Abbott Boutique! The hotel truly lives up to its charming description and offered several unexpected extras that made our visit even better. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and our room was kept spotlessly clean. We particularly loved the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the tea and biscuits available, and the convenient ice and water station. The free laundry facility was a huge bonus, though we did find the drying process took a little while—definitely worth the wait for the convenience! The location is fantastic, right on the Esplanade, putting us within easy walking distance of great food options and our scheduled tour pickups. To top it off, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend the Abbott Boutique for its great service, comfortable rooms, and excellent location!

Easy check in. Clean room, housekeeping every two days which is fine for us. Comfortable bed, great pressure in shower. Only issue is ac wasn’t efficiently working and was difficult to tell anyone as desk was not manned when I thought about telling them. We survived. Overall a great stay, great location, quiet.

Great stay. The lounge provided a quiet place. There's an upscale Nespresso machine and bottle water in the lounge. In the room chocolates and wine are there for the guests.

Very close to reef terminal for tours. I loved the fact that towels were available as well as a free laundry facility. Staff is often not at the desk but they are often watching CCTV that covers the front desk and come when needed. It is very clean, towels are nice, location is close to many restaurants. They are well organized and check in went well. The rooms are serviced every other day routinely. They did forget my bath towels after service but this was minor in my opinion as you can get your own.
