Clean and good size room. Friendly front desk for overseas visitors. We spent a couple of days in Narita visiting Naritasan, downtown Chiba and the Aeon mall. We used the hotel shuttle bus to connected us to most of the transit points. I wonder if the management would consider offering light meals and Japanese menu in their restaurants.

This hotel worked great for one night stay after arriving from a long flight into Japan. It helped us get oriented for our trip into the main area of Tokyo the following day and how to navigate the train system. The staff was helpful in sharing how to do this.

The service upon checking in was fantastic, the staff were on point and very helpful, also check out the Sky Bar on the last night and the view in the evening was great, even the bar staff was awesome and very friendly service.
