I have stayed here before and just as I remember the check in was super quick. Very friendly efficient staff. Great sized room and super comfy beds. The shuttle bus to the airport was always on time and very easy to find at the airport for the return trip to the hotel. Superb dining area with a vast array of choice. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is walkable from and to the airport. Given Narita Airport and Tokyo is one hour away by train. This hotel is a great place to stay whether you have an flight from Narita, or coming from Narita Airport and need a place to rest.

Rooms smell like tobacco even tho it a non smoking room. Bathroom smelly, smells like urine ) especially the shower curtain. Musty smelling carpet. You have to wait at exactly 3 pm to check in.

We enjoyed the shuttle and closeness to Narita international. No major issues with communication as most spoke some English. Everyone was kind, helpful, and patient. I recommend you eating at the airport before heading to the hotel unless you plan on spending 40-60 a person to eat. For us, we just wanted something quick and bed after a long flight. We were disappointed and frustrated with no store or other food options nearby. We all opted to go to bed hungry and leave as early as possible the next day to get food and to our main location.

Super convenient for a pre-flight stay. There’s a little corner store for snacks and ramen, and great morning breakfast with yummy and varied choices. The shuttle bus is a great service.

成田空港利用時に大型バスで送迎があるので毎回利用させて頂いています。今回飛行機が遅れたので22時３０分に閉まるロビーにあるコンビニで夕飯も調達出来ず、8時開店のコンビニの営業時間では朝食も買えなかったので、フロントでせめてインスタント麺でも購入出来たら良かったと思いました。

Overall the hotel was comfortable. Our room was small, simple and dated, but ok. The carpet could be cleaner, It showed signs of dirt track. The bathroom was clean, tidy and smelled fresh. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. There were a few shuttle drivers, who seemed annoyed when we tried asking for assistance. The food was tasty and service was wonderful at the restaurant. I usually stick to what I know and I tried all these new amazing tasty dishes. Dinner felt almost like being at an exclusive 5 star resturant, being given personalized service at our table, awesome! I was very disappointed when we went to use the pool, we were advised, we needed to pay. We have never experienced that before and we have been traveling all over the world. This was actually our 2nd trip to Japan in less than a year. So please be aware, there is a charge to use the pool and gym. They have shuttle service to the airport, mall and train station which was just wonderful!
