We were very disappointed in that the pool was out of service. We were traveling with kids and that was the only reason we stayed there. We also was also disappointed in that we had to pay for parking, when I booked it didn’t say anything about that, and no one said anything at check in. Charging guest for parking seems unreasonable.

This hotel has their own parking lot. It's not a shared space. And they still charge you for parking in it when staying at their hotel!!! It's a $$$ grab. Hotel is loud and noisy. Housekeeping staff yelling in the hallway early in the morning - no doubt to get everyone up and out.

Bad paying for parking.

Stay was good. But paying for parking in a suburban hotel is crazy. I get it in downtown settings where parking is a premium. But to be in that area at 12 a day is crazy.

New Year’s Eve

Nice hotel but you do have to pay to park it is discounted but it’s 10$ a day. Where the hotel is located it seemed strange you had to pay it isn’t really around anything… other than that it was a nice hotel. The king room is very small but clean and updated.

Been staying at this Aloft and ig is showing its age. Never noticed the noise before, may been room locstion but coukd hear toilets flushing constantly and noise throughoutvthe night. Bar in lobby which was very mice is now clised. Tgey have also started charging $10 per night for parking. It was cheap but Ill stsyvelsewhere next time.
