Room was comfortable, clean, and well organized. I was surprised not to find a microwave in the room, though that wasn't a big issue for me. Also, no ironing board was in the room even though an iron was there. I made do and ironed on the bed. Staff was friendly but not all that efficient. When I arrived, I think I was fourth in line to get checked in by one desk attendant, which took a while.
