Nice hotel HORRIBLE Mattresses

This hotel was in a great location felt safe, was clean but the mattress were HORRIBLE. We booked two rooms, upon arrival lobby was so clean and smelled great I even commented to the front desk as soon as I walked in how good it smelled. We were greeted as soon as we came in. Check in was easy and great. The staff was so polite and they accommodated our two rooms to be side by side. The hotel was clean and very nice but when we went to go to sleep the mattresses were horrible they were so hard and pain full and we could not sleep at all. Was not just our room my mom had the exact same complaint as well. I highly encourage the property to upgrade their mattresses. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.

Great price and location. Fast food, restaurants and grocery stores very close to the property. Microwave and fridge in rooms. They don't have an elevator, so request a ground level room if needed. Free breakfast in the morning with wide variety of options.

Nicely renovated

Room has been renovated nicely, was clean and bed was comfortable. I didn't notice it was a motel with exterior access to the room, however this worked out okay due to nice weather.

The Best Western was a pleasant surprise last year so I stayed again! It's a cut above the typical 'chain motel' and offers excellent value and comfort. Plenty of restaurants within a short drive (or walk) and there's even a small fitness center on premises. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked and Eduardo really takes special care of customers and keeps the breakfast area spotless. Don't forget to tip him! I will be back again next year!

I would definitely stay again.

This property was ultra clean. Nice linens, comfy mattresses and recently updated. I cannot say enough about how nice the room was. The downside ( or up) was that the rooms were accessible from the outside only with no elevator and breakfast was in the admin building. During inclement weather this might be an issue.

I prefer regular blankets instead of these waterproof “mats.” 2 people had to share 1 dryer, the other dryer was out of service. Other than that it was fine, the lady behind the desk asked if I would prefer downstairs instead of upstairs which was nice of her.

I have stayed here many times. This is first time that I was awakened by dogs barking and a lot of noise. Breakfast is good, the gentleman that takes care of the breakfast area is excellent. He keeps the counters and tables cleaned and he checks and keeps the dishes filled.

Amazing property and wonderful staff!

I have state at this property a few times and the staff has always been super friendly. They have renovated the room so they are clean and very nice looking. Definitely looks more upscale now. I enjoy this property and the location. There’s a shopping center directly behind the hotel with a Starbucks. There are many restaurants nearby and it’s in close proximity to the interstate. I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Franklin.

Dont stay in the Disabled room 159

Received the last room available so did not request a different room and it was late 10pm . Traveling back home from Florida back to Wisconsin. Bed smelled like urine. Could not use the refrigerator to transfer my cooler full of food and drinks, it was barely cool . No freezer for my ice packs . The ac sounded like a washing machine and woke me on every stsrt up. Did not see a usb port to charge my 2 phones. The carpeting is dirty and looks like 1980s. When we parked after checking in we could see a naked person in his room full view Its 430 in the morning and i cant sleep . Ive stayed at 2 other Best Westerns and the previous nights Hotel in Pensacola was $40 cheaper and 10x nicer. Eagle River Wisconsin Best Western was cheaper and 10x nicer. I joined as Best Western member and this room shouldn't have its name associated with it. I havent had breakfast yet but not expecting much.
