This was like a motel. The lobby was enclosed where we checked in. Our room we had to drive to and park and re- enter building from a separate access door outside with our key card like a motel. We smelled marijuana and at the different access doors people sat outside smoking. There are no restaurants at all in the area. We arrived about 9pm. The only restaurant we saw was a Waffle House and it was closed and a burger place that you could access through another hotel but it was closed too. When we checked in we were given an advert for an American food place that delivers. We went back to our room and called them. We ordered 2 burgers, two fries and chicken strips according to the menu the price would be $24 plus tax and tip. The total was $ $51.00! I asked why so high! The restaurant explained $6 delivery fee and $21 hotel fee for the order- 😳😩 - so we cancelled our order and went through our car for snacks. So my son ate and myself and mom went to bed hungry. Luckily we slept so good in the comfy clean bed - shower was great- hot water very refreshing. We headed to checkout about 6:00am - the included lobby breakfast had coffee and tea available but the food wasn’t available until 7am! My advice👏👏The area the hotel/motel was in had lots and lots of hotels- choose one with 6am breakfast, where you enter your room through the hotel and has its on restaurant. The staff was super friendly but the no food thing and people smoking outside the entry doors- gave off bad vibes.

Staff was great, so personal. We used it as a lay over on our way home. In future trips to Nashville we will definitely stay here with the shuttle to downtown.

Decent value hotel. A bit older(visible in areas) but remodeled rooms. Location is not the best but price offsets area. Some really great restaurants abt 10 min away. Shuttle is good, removes concern of finding/paying for parking downtown.

Unlivable. No towels no toilet paper. Hot. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Dirty bed. Bugs in room. We had them give us a different room. It was hot and smelled like smoke and dead fish. We left and slept in the car! Area is sketchy with many vagrants loitering through the property.

The staff were superb! One of the ladies recommended Kingdom Grill on Jefferson. 10 out of 10 recommended! Best fried catfish I’ve had from. a restaurant. Breakfast options at the hotel was great. Hot! Wifi could be better. Will definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.
