Hotel was dirty and neglected. The vinyl flooring is bubbling up, the remote for the TV didn't work. There is mold on the cocking in the bathroom, rust stains and there was hair in the bathroom when we checked in.

Check in was a bit slow - we checked in @ peack time & only 1 person working & she was in the middle of finishing up something on the computer. She DID acknowledge us & apologized for the wait. 1 queen bed mattress was too soft in the middle. Bedding had stains, so we put towels on bed to sleep. Freezer was too iced over to utilize. Too tired to call front desk.

A dog started barking about midnight and continued for an hour. The ac would on,y cool the room to 72. We spilled some water on the floor and when we wiped it up with a paper towel, the floor was filthy

The room was in good condition except that the bed felt like itchy. Not sure if it is because it is a pet friendly hotel and people sleep with the dogs on the beds, but that was the only down side. Other than that, staff was friendly.
