They need a bell at the front desk, because when staff get distracted and not at the post in the front. The bell should make staff aware that some is trying to check in or out and maybe have questions.

This was a perfect stay for one night in Nashville. It’s a quick ride to downtown and just minutes from the curling location we centered our visit around. The room was clean, the breakfast filling and the staff friendly. There was a slight stench in the lobby, like any old building might have but not overpowering. For the price, this place was a great stay.

Floors were dirty in room, shower had hair on the wall, wash cloths were very dingy, and hair in the bed. Also the room had a weird smell especially when the AC came on.

Staff was nice and very accommodating! They provided a 1st floor when I asked because of my disability. They also were sure to get both rooms close together but, there were just alot of issues that occurred with other things. Our foor wouldnt catch to be locked. We had to bang it over and over. Card keys didnt work multiple time. Had to go back and forth to the front desk. I called for some gabage bags and I was told to come get them. I have never had any hotel for me to come and get them. Your paying for there service and that means they are suppost to bring you one. The toilet wouldnt flush. Floor was chipped and dirty in multiple places. Im sorry but, I would not stay there again.
