We have multiple units so can accommodate larger groups in adjacent units (Ask us). Experience Nashville and all its bars, honky tonks, and great restaurants. The entire condo is updated with new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steel sink.

Host communicated quickly. Rental was as expected. It had everything we needed. Kitchen had supplies to cook our Thanksgiving meal, plenty of towels for showers and a fun basket of snacks. Lots of parking and the felt safe. There was a lot of street noise as it sits on a busy street so maybe request one of the units in the back.We will would stay again.

Overall, this was a good stay. The unit could have been a bit cleaner. Microwave was not clean, cobwebs in light fixtures, and other areas that needed attention. The WiFi went out and was not able to be fixed quickly. However, the host communicated well regarding the matter and apologized for the inconvenience.

Good for price and stay

Overall nice stay. A few areas in the kitchen (wall near trashcan) and areas around window ac units were a little dirty. Beds were comfy and water pressure in the shower was great: overall great value for the price. It’s a little far away from main attractions of Nashville but with money saved it makes it worth it.
