We enjoyed our stay there very much. Friendly staff, nice rooms with daily service, good breakfast, with exception of a lack of toasters…one 4 slice toaster, but one side didn’t work! Also shuttle service was very good, friendly drivers and very accommodating!!

The hotel itself is not in a great neighborhood, and the staff were not friendly. I could excuse those things, but as soon as we went into the room and sat on the beds, I knew we would be checking out early. The pillows felt like sawdust, and the mattresses felt like sleeping on cardboard. Couple that with the fact that the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and dirty, the tile in the bathroom was broken, the shower wouldn’t drain, and the hair dryer was completely broken. We stayed only one night of the four we had booked and high tailed it to a different hotel across town.

Me and some friends booked this hotel for a show at the Bridgestone Arena. The place was an amazing stay for the three days we were in Nashville, from the daily shuttles and abundance of Uber drivers to the local eating spots it was all great!

The shuttle to Broadway was such a nice convenience, the drivers were polite and friendly! Id stay there again and recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good, the area itself was OK.. the shuttle service is convenient if running. We ended up having to Uber home at 9pm one night when shuttle was supposed to run until 9:30 not a big deal but still stinks when it should have been available. Pool is not a pool it’s more of a large warm not hot hot tub at 3ft deep. Loved our stay overall and would definitely go back.
