I wasn't aware of a $10 fee every night to park in the lot. Which is really ridiculous when it costs so much to stay there. Why should we have to pay when we are staying there? Everything else was wonderful. I was just caught by surprise when I saw the additional charges.

I have never stayed in a nicer hotel. From the minute we arrived until the day we left, the staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel was immaculate. Every area of the hotel was clean, and smelled so fresh. I needed to keep some medicine cold on our last day and they didn’t hesitate to keep it in their own refrigerator. So kind and friendly. The shuttle to anywhere within 4 miles was a huge help! Fast and convenient and the drivers were so friendly. Easy way to get in and out of downtown Nashville. We will definitely be staying there again!

We cannot say enough good things about this prooerty. For the price, this place is exceptional. This is our second stay.The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. The shuttle runs from Broadway St. until 11:00pm. The staff is exceptional and this is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be back when visiting Nashville.

Breakfast was great at this property. We enjoyed the gym and the pool both mornings after breakfast. The pool is small and not very deep but was perfect for my daughter and I. I liked that the front lobby door locks after a certain time for safety. Room was spacious and clean.

Nashville Metro Center

Everything was great. Breakfast was excrllent. We especially appreciated the shuttle service to the Broadway area. The only negative was we were on the top floor and the hvac system was a bit loud.
