The property was clean overall. However, there were minor issues with trash in the parking lot. The parking was free, but the property is what I would consider secluded so I would definitely recommend parking on the side closer to the entrance. I was on the 4th floor and the room was super quiet. I didn't quite like the layout, but it's more of a preference thing. The room did have amenities such as microwave and refrigerator, so that's a plus. The breakfast was decent with a variety. Overall, decent value. However, this would not be my go to when visiting the area in the future.

Brief Stay

I'm conflicted on leaving this review due to an incident beyond the hotel's control because their services and facilities were good but the event occurred on their property. Considering I was in the city for a non-Tennessee related event its location was very close all the major Nashville attractions. Plenty of free parking on site. The daily southern continental breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, pastry, waffles, cereal, juices etc. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Rooms are an elongated layout so all the essentials: bed, closet, bath are centered in the rear third of the space. Staff members were polite and friendly. Plus they offered guest free bottles of water. It is hot in Nashville!! Also the noise level was really quiet in the area. Now for the downside.... it appears they have had a series of car break-ins. To my knowledge nothing is being stolen but windows are being busted out. Rumblings were suggesting it was a certain type of window a local repair shop was profiting from emergency installations. Outside of that major incident, I had a very pleasant time at a more affordable price than hotels closer to downtown Nashville.

Seems designed especially for college students or young people. Decor was not aesthetically pleasing for outside that demographic. Did not like sliding door on bathroom as it had gaps. Not enough storage or trash cans. Parking was a nightmare if you came back late. Not enough spaces.
