Property was good. Beautiful inside and the staff were wonderful and accommodating. I don’t think the property should be sharing pictures of the pool. The pool requires separate booking and was going to be $200+ for 2 people for 3 hrs! The pool is also a lot smaller than the photos. Very disappointing.

We loved the decor and vibe of the hotel! White Limozeen on the roof was amazing too. The main negative for us was that the rooms weren't cleaned each day. When we asked the staff about this they said it was only available upon request at check in (which was never communicated to us.) This was really disappointing for a 4-star hotel and we had to remind the hotel 3 times before it did eventually get cleaned on day 3 and then it was done each day after that. Other than this downside, we had a pleasant stay.

This the hotel is the reason I came to Nashville and it exceeded my expectations! The staff was very friendly and the decor and vibe..... chef's kiss. The white limozeen rooftop restaurant was spectacular, the service staff where accommodating and friendly. 10/10 for my stay here
