Expedia’s pictures of room were not correct. When I asked the Hyatt desk clerk about it, she said the pictures expedia posted were for the presidential suite and not the corner suite which is what I purchased. I was expecting one thing but got something completely different

Very Nice Hyatt... best service!

Within walking distance from lower Broadway. The upper floors have a great view. 24th is the top floor to stay on. The 25th floor is a rooftop bar!

Beautiful hotel, huge lobby, spacious, well furnished rooms, large bathroom with double sink, large walk-in, glass shower. Heated, outdoor pool on the 5th floor, open year round. Beautiful cocktail lounge on the 24th floor with outdoor gas fire pits and great views. Within walking distance to bars, shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were gorgeous and so clean. I really enjoyed my stay and didn’t want to leave!
