Over night stay: The Carpet in room was old, dirty and very worn. Bathroom sink fixtures were stocked and clean but shower walls and floor was dirty. Base of commode was dirty as well. I didnt feel comfortable walking on the floors even in house shoes. In a corner over the bed was a spider web. I had an exhausting day due to health procedures at a nearby hospital and didnt feel well enough to notify anyone of the conditions or even take a picture. I had expected more of this facility because of the location and reviews. It was an Expedia recommendation. A very bad experience for me.

Solo female one night

I felt very safe as a single female. The parking is gated but a little high. 10 dollars would and 20 for valley would be good because of how high a hotel in Nash can be even when it's not downtown proper. The staff was all nice and room service breakfast is honestly very affordable. Id stay again.

Staff was amazing! Very friendly ,southern hospitality is the real deal here! Our room needs work , the outside door would only close when you pulled very hard on it and the bathroom door would not close at all.

This was a great place for me and my younger children to stay. We had very little interest in going to the bars(due to the age of our children 10 and 13). So the park next door worked out great. There was also plenty of food choices in the right next to the hotel from fast food to fine dining. The shuttle bus that the hotel provided made it easy to go to and get back from downtown Nashville. Everything said I don’t think we could have had a better experience staying anywhere else. Thank you.

Great for a Vanderbilt Visit

Jack at the front desk was very helpful at checkin and followed up by text to make sure we were satisfied with our room. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting Vanderbilt, and the price was reasonable too. We would happily return.

Great service and staff were so kind and accommodating! Paying for parking is a bit ridiculous as you are paying to stay there and the beds are super firm. Overall, would definitely book there again!

My stay

Although an older bed, it was comfortable. Bedding was adequate and kept me warm. Towels were thin but clean and smelled fresh. Our shower leaked very bad, soaking the mat and extra towels we placed in anticipation of the leaking. I did love the ability to walk in due to my disability. I didn't like the shower floor being slippery due to the shampoo, conditioner and body wash residual. I have enough issues trying to stand with my disability so adding a slippery shower floor was a challenge. I guess it could be remedied by moving the shower products closer to the shower head, so the shower floor gets washed off with each shower. Having a restaurant in the building was handy. The food and service was wonderful. Nice to have a gated parking area. The people who worked there in all areas were wonderful.
