Quietness of the facility. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Waitstaff were very attentive and wanting to help if asked. The ice machines were broken down and had been for a while. Parking in the area was out of control with outlandish pricing.

The staff was very friendly. The shower had two temperatures, scalding hot or cold. I said something to the young lady working the front desk the first morning. It was the same problem the second morning too. It really needs to be fixed.

Overall, this place is great! I was a bit disappointed that there’s no swimming pool, but the hotel room layout is really cool. It’s like a mini kitchen, and the bathroom is pretty decent. I also love the way the beds are laid out. Here are a few things that could be improved: more meat options for breakfast, and the bathroom (especially the toilet area) could use a fan to vent during showers or when guests need to use the toilet.

Amazing location, easy to walk to most things downtown. Nice rooms, and what a great shower! Super friendly staff and breakfast was actually decent (we don’t expect much but this was pretty good with lots of hot options). We’ll be back!

The stay itself was fine—nothing particularly memorable, but no major issues either. Unfortunately, I was promised an email receipt that was never sent, despite multiple follow-ups. It’s disappointing to be asked for a review when a basic post-stay request still hasn’t been handled.

The location is very close to Broadway St. The staff very friendly, specially the kitchen manager,Gladys. Just would recommend to keep an eye on homeless who come in the hotel and eat the food for guests..

Large rooms. Great location to Broadway and the Pinnacle yet quiet enough at night. Biggest struggle was figuring out the blinds which we didn’t get until the morning of checkout (how to in the room would be helpful)

The staff was vety helpful. Great location and walkable to Broadway. The only dislike was that the window in the room faced the lobby so it was bright in the room at night while trying to sleep.
