Upon check-in they tried to tell me they didn’t have a suit available for me. We were traveling with a party of 6 so we need the suit- that is what I booked! They didn’t have one available. I told her that was a problem since the room was already paid for and we had a group of 6. Then she went and talked to someone else who told her to just give me one. Then she said the person who’s room she gave to me booked directly through Hyatt be 3rd party. So I guess I took Their room? I’m not even sure. The room was clean and comfortable. We were woken up at 2:30am by loud men coming to their room at bar time. I almost went into the hall to yell at them. The breakfast had limited seating, eggs were cold, biscuits and gravy was cold and tasted terrible. Thank goodness there was cereal milk and yogurt. The parking situation was strange and not explained well. Probably would try a different hotel in Nashville next time.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed me to use the business center so I could work while waiting for my check in. Room was spotless and the amenities were beyond expectations. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was orderly and clean.

Nice Hotel, Nice Room. Wonderful Breakfast. TV Didnt Work Except Maybe 1 or 2 Stations. Was Told By Staff Its Been That Way For Days. Was Offered Hyatt Points But Never Credited Any To The Account . They Show They Offer Parking But Then You Have To Pay $40 To Park For The Night. Best Part Of The Stay Was The Breakfast, Otherwise I Wouldnt Recommend Staying Here. Lack Of Information Can Also Ruin A Stay When You Suddenly Have To Add $40 Parking For A Single Night. Couldnt Imagine Multiple Nights. Staff Was Average For "Big City"
