The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was good. Not a ton of food options and only 1 elevator was working during our stay. The hotel bar is friendly and lively. The hotel shuttle was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Nissan stadium. Would stay here again for future events.

Great place to stay. Location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful! Loved the two bartenders! Truly hope we can stay there next time we are in town. We do hope both elevators are working next time.

Room was great but check in staff didnt tell me they charge $150 to your card for incidentals, which takes almost a week to drop off after a 1 night stay. Also signed me up for the rewards program without permission.

I loved being able to use the hotel shuttle to the downtown area and then we would uber back to the hotel bc the hotel shuttle does not run past certain hours. You could walk in the daytime to downtown but I don't suggest walking at night to or from this hotel. It would not be safe to do so.

It's a little too close to the interstate and you hear sirens constantly. The walls are very thin so we were able to here the neighbors enjoying their late night adult time. We were also able to hear staff in the hallway complaining about work. The front desk staff was often not at the desk and did not tell us about any amenities (bar/restaurant hours). We later found out they had a shuttle service. Not sure how it works but potentially could've saved us some Uber fees if we had been told about it. Finally, our TV wouldnt turn on.
