Night staff had trouble finding our reservation. Our hotel door did not lock and the bathroom in our bedroom had a weird blood spot on roof. The Wi-Fi was not operating. On the positive side, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The HBO channels were ample and the TV was a good size. In the morning heading to breakfast we were charged 50 dollars(for our family of 4), even though the Expedia app breakfast was listed as included(kids eat free Hilton). When I approached the staff, they said I was suppose to mark that I wanted breakfast for additional $29.00 even though I didn’t see that option on the app. The front desk lady showed me the website for Expedia and where I was “suppose to mark 29.00 for breakfast”which looked completely different from the app. Not to mention is price gouging because it’s more online than in person. It’s frustrating to deal with Hiltons tricky pricing. For example, if you book directly with Hilton, there is a 50 processing fee and 18.17 tax fee but on Expedia app there is no fee make the room 60 dollars cheaper. Adding the weird breakfast policy to squeeze more money out of your guests is so unnecessary and greedy.

Kind of an industrial area, not necessarily walkable to Broadway area but the shuttle was free every 1/2 hr and very convenient. New football stadium being built down the street, would be great place to stay for games. For the price it was worth it, would stay there again.

The hotel itself was nice and surprisingly quiet. The location is convenient. The bathroom could have used a good deep clean - the bathtub had some hard water stains and shampoo residue on the wall.

Room in great clean condition. The hotel location is somewhat of a let down as the surroundings do not appear safe to walk at night. If you are looking for a place to come for games , this fits the bill as it is close to the stadium. Take advantage of the available hourly shuttle to go downtown. All in all , good place

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The staff was friendly and professional and the room was clean. There was a limited breakfast for around $13 and no restaurants in walking distance. Did not eat breakfast. The hotel is next to the freeway with off and on ramps and we heard traffic noise all night. Also, not a big deal, but the the top sheet was on upside down.
