The only issue was our room needing amenities (toilet paper, soap etc) at a few separate times and our room being missed for cleaning on Sunday, when they left a card that told us to leave the tag off the door for cleaning before 2pm (we left the room by noon). I really liked the Dove products in the bathroom. The room was spacious. All staff we encountered were very nice. The reason for the 3 stars comes from the lack of water pressure in the shower. It was so bad.

Concert in nashville

This is certainly one of best places we have stayed in a while. From Madaline in services to Justin in food & drink area, all were polite & very friendly & courteous. Also Rebecca @ desk helped us with lyft etc. All the staff anywhere always spoke & told us to have a good day. We just loved this place & will defenitely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, quiet and clean. Staff was amazing. I arrived very late for checking after giving them a heads up and front desk staff were still nice and lively after 11pm at night.

Pretty standard hotel. The live music was fun. The breakfast was meh. The bedding was nice, bed wasn’t hard as a rock, pillows were mid. But I’m giving this place 5 stars because of the two men who checked us in. Bald Angel and Rick were absolute shining beacons of happiness and helpfulness after driving in a truck for 5 hours with two kids after visiting a zoo. Thank you!
