Check in day - staff didn’t explain breakfast or extra hold of $150 on my debit card until I went down and inquired about bot Next day - find out restaurant advertised on their website looked nothing like what was there (frozen pizza and salads only), room not cleaned until after 5 PM Day 3 - room not coeaned at all - we had to go to desk to get towels and washcloths Checkout - we weren’t offered a check out statement. It was provided after request. .***Holiday Inn has been our go-to place, but we are reconsidering after the problems of the long weekend trip.

Night/morning lady was exceptionally nice and professional. You need to make her a manager. I notified her of someone smoking weed on my floor. I forget her name, but she was incredibly professional, as were the rest, including the lady handling breakfast, who was extremely courteous.
