Won’t be able to return…

The hotel just doesn’t meet Hyatt’s standard to me. The front desk people were awesome. But the hotel bathrooms are too small, too long of a wait for hot water, only one elevator working, breakfast was not good, dishes were not cleaned, and you guys need a bar tender and somebody to cook food.

A bit disappointed!!

The bathroom was VERY tiny!! Hard to even turn around-- had to step in the shower in order to close the door, then could use the toilet. Water took a VERY long time to get warm, much less hot. Only one cup available for the keurig. The bed was comfortable. Only one elevator was in working order. As we tried to leave, the elevator came to our floor (6th) several times but the doors did not open-- the elevator went away! We had to recall it 3 times before the doors finally opened so we could go down. The breakfast was good (though no attention was given to restocking forks. Only one salt and pepper shaker was available for all to use.) Overall we were a bit disappointed--$ paid and the Hyatt reputation gave us higher expectations.

I will stay here again. Close to highway. Easy parking. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Beds are great and so are the pillows. The carpets need to be changed but that is the only thing I noticed. Bathroom is small but room 305 is spacious. Signed up for the rewards program. Very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Our room was clean. Towels and trashes were changed on day 3 as well as beds made. It was nice and quiet and in proximity to many good restaurants and stores. Only ten minutes away from downtown. We had worries when we read that there were car break ins in the lot, but we did not experience that whole staying 6 nights. Breakfasts in the morning were good and there was a good variety of food to choose from. All in all, no real complains

Stayed two nights. Breakfast went from bad to worse. Second day no milk for cereal. Empty fruit bowls both days. Warmed items iffy at best.
