What we did like was the self parking in the garage. We had an issue with the toilet in our room as soon as we checked in. It took multiple trips to the front desk and three hours to get the situation fixed. It was frustrating in the moment because we didn’t want to leave our room until it was fixed because the toilet was unusable. There was no offer to switch rooms. That was on our way to the Kentucky Derby and on our way back to Texas we stayed at the same hotel and didn’t have any issue other than we wanted to extend our stay by one night and the price went up $300. We just moved hotels.

The DESK was nightmare

We had to vacate a previous horrible place we booked through Hotels.com. It made us sick. The woman who checked us in at noon told us that we would have to wait to 4:00. I asked for an early check in. She rolled her eyes and said there was nothing she could do. I asked her to please, please check with the manager. Another eye roll. Finally, she said we would have to pay early check in fee and they could get it done about 1:00 to 1:30. They insisted on credit card right then. (Dont do that until you get to go to the room, learned that from this place.) We were left sitting in the lobby until 2:30, I went back up and asked how long it would be. Our suitcases were all around us on a trolly. They knew we were there. Yet they didnt ring us nor tell us that the room was ready. We needed medical devices plugged immediately and time was of the essence. When I asked for the refund when checked out, they said it showed we went to our room when we gave them our credit card. The left us downstairs and I cannot believe that was nothing but intentional. After being sick in the room, the housekeepr management came up and personally changed my sheets. I was almost near tears at this one person's kindness and she deserves a raise as she was the only person who was polite. Stay at Springhills Marriott. They are so much nicer.

We were quite impressed with the breakfast buffet options, and the hotel is a short 20 minute walk to Nissan Stadium (which was the reason we stayed here), and 5 minutes or less to Broadway. There’s no shortage of scooters around the property if walking isn’t your thing. There’s also a DG across the street for affordable snacks/beverages. My only complaint: no blackout curtains. It’s Nashville and obviously we were out late. That sun coming through at 6 am was brutal. Elevator was super fast, secure on site parking, comfy bed, in room fridge, clean!

Great place to stay

Our stay was great! Check in was easy and staff was very friendly! The room was very nice, bed was comfortable and we were amazed at how quiet it was. We never heard anyone else in the hallway or any door shutting. Breakfast was amazing, and the food at the bar was good also. We were going to a concert at Nissan Stadium. It was an easy walk there, great place to stay!

The property was pretty nice and blocks from Broadway and Nissan Stadium so everything was walking distance which was great! They were very friendly and clean. Cons: Garage Parking expensive! Garage gates didn’t work. Breakfast had late start time. Beds weren’t as comfy as I would like. You could feel the springs.
