Pros- nice bedding and linen. Comfy mattress. Exceptional staff. Good breakfast.
Cons- could use some updating of interior, furniture, carpet needs replaced, looks beat up. Bathroom could be cleaner.
Overall, good value for price paid.
We have stayed here before when traveling.

The staff was wonderful especially Becky at the front desk who was so kind and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Thank you.

We had an issue with the room after midnight that the night auditor agreed to move us to another room over. I did not receive any followup contact until I reached out twice over the following 2 weeks. After my second inquiry, I finally got a brief message from the night auditor that their review found no issues.
Greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming hospitality. Krista was amazing this morning with her kindness and willingness to help. She is an asset to your team. Thank you for a great experience.
Loved the room - spacious, comfortable, clean, updated. Loved the area, loved the ease of access and parking. Night concierge / administrator was rude and unfriendly. And this hotel had the worst breakfast I have ever encountered in a hotel worldwide...
