In booking the room stated they had a hotel bar and small restaurant to get burgers etc. also a Starbucks. All were closed. Feel the price should have been adjusted since their amenities were lacking. Also room was very small with no bathroom privacy. Would not stay there again

Room need upgrades; tv, shower area etc. Everything looked so old an worn out. Even the elevators were had holds in the walls of it, the panels were loose, and the numbers weren’t visible. Looks nice on the outside but not so well on the inside.

Check in was not the great, the front desk person was not very informative he just shoved papers at youa nd said sign this. He did not explain things well at all. The room was very dusty, hair in the tub, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfasts was not good unless you want to play hockey with the waffles. Definitely had higher expectations from this location.
