The in-room refrigerator was not working when we arrived. We requested another one which didn't work either. Thankfully, we had our large cooler, which we filled with ice. The bedding was grey & stained. I requested new pillowcases, which arrived in the same condition. All bedding should be replaced.

This was our 2nd time staying at this particular location. We enjoyed it and it's location the first time last year that we decided to stay there again. Valet and all the staff were very nice and helpful.

Staff was the reason. Our room was a bit worn and no closet but all staff treated us like family. Every member of the cleaning crew greeted us with smiles and enthusiasm. The morning breakfast crew actually talked to people gathering (and I say this and I didn’t happen to have a need to talk with them but listened to how they interacted). Sperry at the bar and so sad we can’t remember the gents name (beard night time bartender w/Sperry and has been there for awhile) were so good to us every day we were there. Another young lady (Harry Potter socks) too but we only delt with her once. Thank you to all on our 2nd visit there and it’s going to be our destination every time we visit.

Breakfast daily was great. Had good view side room of downtown & Korean Vet & Pedestrian bridges. Parking Garage is tight very tight on turns. And Hotels.com sold me THIRD PARTY rental car insurance. Won’t buy that again

We arrived at 2:30 and there wasn't one room to check in early. 15 minutes later everyone was suddenly getting their room. The room was hot and wouldn't hold the temperature we would set it to for the whole evening. $400 for one night was ridiculous and know they did it because the AC/DC concert was changed but it isn't worth that much money.

What I didn’t like was waiting to check at 3am. I was told I would have to pay $200.00 if I check in beforehand. I sat in the lobby at 11pm until 3am. I had been flying from 6:30pm til 7:30pm to try getting to Vanderbilt Hospital on a family emergency.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Area surrounding hotel industrial and lots of construction going on but a nice distance from Broadway’s hustle and bustle. Would stay here again.
