Very cute condo. Great views and a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway. Lifts are cheap if you don’t want to walk. Clean and quaint. Would stay again!

Great Property / Great Location

Traveled to Nashville to celebrate my son and his friends 21st birthday. Perfect size for 6. Pool was awesome. Courtyard was stocked with Cornhole and bags and BBQ grills. One mile walk to Broadway. Host was very responsive. Had a 10/10 time!

it was very nice. There was a rust stain in the tub. Everything else was nice except for the fruit flys. We were being attacked by them our entire stay. that was very unfortunate

Incredible Accommodations

We stayed in the condo for 4 days. Between the gorgeous view and beautiful, clean, safe accommodations, we were impressed from the moment we walked through the door. We gathered here for a college roommate reunion.Easily accessible to all venues, yet away from the chaos downtown. It was the perfect venue to sit and relax after a full day of playing tourist. The river view was mesmerizing.While we didn't utilize the kitchen area, it was nice to know it was there if we needed it.

The apartment was exactly as listed - clean, well furnished and very comfortable. It was nice having the outside space with the balcony. We only had to speak to the hosts once and they were very easy to contact and very responsive. The location couldn't have been better - and actually a lot closer to downtown and Broadway than i had realised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nashville - and can't wait to return. This apartment would be our first choice for future accommodation.

Excellent property. Nice location with easy access to freeways and downtown. It’s nice to park inside out of the elements. It also makes it more convenient to enter and exit the building.The condo itself was as nice as advertised. Very clean and comfortably spacious enough for five. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great stay

The place was great and in a great location. We stayed for the CMA fest and it was a short walk to Broadway and the bridge to Nissan Stadium. The only cons are that there wasn’t any cleaning supplies and the stove was filthy and the bathroom vents are really dirty and needed to be cleaned. The air conditioner did not have a filter either but other than those few things, everything was great.

Great 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo Apartment!

We came to Nashville for a family wedding and wanted more than just a hotel for the three days we were in town. This place was great - spacious, clean, homey decor, with a gym and free parking in the building! A nearby gem close by was Crema Coffee! Also a plus - it was walking distance (about a mile) from Broadway Street.

Girls Trip to Nashville

Traveled to Nashville for a girls trip and Kurt's place was excellent. Exactly as pictured, no surprises. Gorgeous view, everything was clean and comfortable. Also one of the easiest vrbo checkouts I have ever had with very little clean up to be done. We didn't know the area at all and were a little bit worried about potential safety issues. However, we shouldn't have been. We walked everywhere including later in the evenings and never felt unsafe.
